Returns and refunds

Because each item is personalized just for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Please contact me within 24 hours if your item if your package has arrived damaged. I must receive the following pictures in order to send a replacement. I require a picture of the front of the damaged product, a picture of the damaged part of the product, a picture of the box including the packaging material and a picture of the label. Please save the box and damaged item until you hear back from me. These pictures are necessary in order for me to file a claim with the shipper as your item is insured. Thank you for your cooperation.
